What You'll Do

At My Site, you will have the opportunity to lead and organize various student activities and events, create and implement strategies to support student clubs and organizations, and collaborate with campus partners to enhance the overall student experience.

You will also have the chance to develop and execute initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the student body, as well as oversee the administration of student organization resources and facilities.

Who You Are

We are looking for an individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills, a deep understanding of student development theories, and the ability to work effectively in a diverse and multicultural environment.

The ideal candidate should have experience in student affairs, event planning, or related fields, and a passion for empowering and advocating for student voices.
